Job Description
Your New Role:
- Review underwriting decisions within assigned authority to reassure consistent underwriting decisions are made in compliance to company’s operation rules while balancing business needs.
- Oversee daily underwriting decisions proposed and to ensure service standards are met through service benchmark, process turnaround time, output accuracy, and agency / brokers / clients / members satisfaction
- Advise on any anticipated problems in daily operations and make recommendations on resolutions
- Coach and provide technical training to team members and cross location office
- Collaborate with Customer and Middle Office teams as well as reinsurers on policies / members requiring special arrangement of risk acceptance
- Handle enquiries and complaints and provide professional advice and services on member underwriting related issues
- Collaborate with Medical Team on the effective network provider setup and service quality to corporate clients
YOU
8 years of above relevant experience and equipped with a Bachelor degree or above
