University Graduates with 3 years’ or less working experience;
Master or Bachelor degree in All Disciplines;
Be very enthusiastic to work under job rotation in different business functions in the company for long-term career development;
Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills;
Outgoing personality and ability to learn fast;
Good analytical and strong problem solving skills;
Passion and commitment;
Solid report writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
