Your Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices to customers and suppliers according to company’s policy
• Follow up any discrepancies with customers
• Track cash advance and audit petty cash
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Reconcile vendors’ statements, research and respond to vendors’ inquiries and follow up unpaid invoices
• Update fixed assets register
• Assist with month end closings & year end closings
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounts receivable / credit control debt collection
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently with initiatives
• Familiar with various database software, especially MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software, e.g. Xero
