The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the Legal Department in Hong Kong and will be one of the key team members in supporting the Capital Markets business teams and will be responsible primarily for providing legal advice and support in relation to Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions.  He/she will review and negotiate the related legal documents, liaise with the business teams with regards to  practice guidelines implementation, monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments, and provide guidance on risk assessment and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer and will have at least 3 years of post qualification experience in a leading capital markets practice in Hong Kong with strong experience in DCM transactions.  He/she must have commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and an excellent command of English (spoken and written) and Chinese (spoken and reading).
