Responsibilities

• Quantizable fund investment and management experience;
• Daily operations of asset management;
• Participate to seek institution investors and projects and fund raising;
• Initiative, responsible, result-oriented, and performance-oriented; 
• Responsible for seeking potential opportunities in asset management;
• Coordinate effectively with various teams and both existing and potential business partners to effectively achieve business goals.

Requirements 

• Good connection with institution investor (Banks, Insurances, PEs, and Brokers);
• Good connection with various projects;
• Ability to seek investors based on the projects, and fund raising;
• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Law or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment, asset management or private equity;
• Strong compliance sense with sound understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduces and rules;
• Possession of comprehensive market insights in Hong Kong and PRC;
• Solid understanding about middle and back office operations highly preferred;
• A team player who has a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness with an excellent work ethic and integrity;
• Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must.
