Job Responsibilities:

• Answer customer issues professionally and respond to those inquiries as quickly as possible
• Provide products and services information to customers
• Update the systems information timely and accurately
• Identify and escalate priority issues for management alert or management assistance
• Provide outstanding and consistent services and solution to customers
• Research required information using available resources - take up the account ownership with follow through their job order until it is 100% completed
• Daily settlement process & billing service

 Basic Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Experience in handling premium customers is an advantage
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
• Microsoft excel and words processing, accurate typing skill
• Good command of written and typing in English and Chinese
• Willingness to work for 24 hours shift (overnight shift with shift allowance)
