Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate financial related work such as placing, due diligence, fundraising, advisory on HK IPO, merge and acquisition in Hong Kong.
• Responsible for projects of financial advice, independent financial advice, merge and acquisition transactions.
• Require occasional business travel.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management. 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Finance or Economics.
• Type 6 Licensed Representative is preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with FA, independent FA, IPO and M&A execution experience;
• Hands-on exposure and knowledge in Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Good networking in Hong Kong and China corporate finance area would be an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application & Chinese Word Processing. 
• Immediate available preferable.
