Reporting to the Brand Manager, the incumbent will have to align, plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Control yearly A&P budget;
• To develop company’s image and product brand building;
• Responsible for developing new product launch plans for assigned categories and ensuring successful implementation;
• Conduct business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign;
• Collecting and analyzing different market information for management review;
• Develop the promotion evaluation with pre and post analysis and recommendation;
• Contributes to category marketing plans, with customer & category analysis and promotional strategy;
• Cultivate and maintain good relationships with press, media and external agencies (Retailers and Landlords); 
• Proven track record of PR, digital, promotion and visual merchandising experiences;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in marketing, preferably in cosmetics, personal care or fashion industry;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent analytical power and attentive to details;
• Good business sense, resourceful mind with a positive attitude;
• Strong passion and an enthusiastic team player;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Forward thinking and result oriented;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese;
