Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of 10-15 Telesales to achieve sales target (banking product - card loan)
• Provide proper coaching and training to uplift the competency and quality of own team in order to ensure consistent delivery of excellent results
• Encourage staff development through training, guidance and effective people management 
•  Maintain high level of compliance guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate, with 5 years of experience in telemarketing and at least 2 year at supervisor level
• With prior sales experience in banking product would be an advantage
• Good supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proefficent with MS Excel & MS Word
• Fluent in Cantonese and good in English
