Job Description

The Role

Lead branch staff to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets
Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services
Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance

The Requirements

3 years or above retail banking relationship management experience
High market awareness with sound knowledge in retail banking business.
HKSI 1, 7, 8; IIQE 1, 2, 3

*We also consider candidate with less experience as Assistant Branch Manager
