Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Handle  KYC (Know Your client) review on new client relationships
• Conduct public and internal research to complete due diligence on client KYC profiles
• Handle clients’ account maintenance requests
• Maintain and update the Group’s customer due diligence information system
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding experience
• Perform investor documentation review according to the FATCA/CRS
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

• University graduated with min 2 year hand on experience in KYC document checking
• Knowledge of HKMA /SFC or relevant regulatory KYC/ AML requirements
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (preferable Putonghua)
• Exposure to corporate banking and complex offshore structure is preferable
• Excellent time management, prioritization, organizational and communication skills
