Responsibilities:

• Implement business plans so as to achieve pre-set branch profit objectives
• Exercise credit assessment with prescribed limit of lending authority
• Strong knowledge of general retail banking & wealth management products with proven sales track record
• Manage branch staff to provide high quality of services to customers
• Ensure all daily transactions are complied with the Bank’s policies and procedures

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant banking experience, candidate with some commercial banking exposures is an advantage
• Good connection with local markets with proven track record of success in business achievement
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
