Currency Exchange Shop Cashier/Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Provide foreign exchange service cash transactions accurately and answer customer questions in a professional manner
• Inform customers on available services, promotions and about the currency exchange rates
• Adhere to operational and compliance regulations 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years or above relevant experiences
• Preferably with experience in retail sales / customer service / banking business
• Good command of English and Cantonese, and proficiency in Mandarin
• Sensitive to numbers and excellent cash handling skills, with experience in multi-national cash currency
• Maintain good relationship with partners and explore joint promotions opportunities
• Conversant with AML and Sanction Management requirements is a must
• Willingness to receive training in the AML function is essential
• Basic PC knowledge and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, good communication skill and outgoing personality  

Salary: HK$18,000 and above with strong bonus compensation package tied to revenue and customer experience ratings
