Job Description
Job Duties:
- Assist Department Head to manage and ensure overall smooth running of the Bank's Operations in settlement & loans operations etc.
- Ensure all duties performed by the operations teams are fully complied with internal/external audit requirements; cooperate and work effectively with all parties both in local and Head Offices.
- Develop and review procedural manuals/guidelines for daily operations of the Bank.
- Act as an advisory role to business units and customers of identified risks.
- Provide regular statistical reportings to top management.
- Proactively assist & manage in any projects and initiatives as delegated by Head Offices.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience of Bank Operations of which 5 years in managing teams.
- Sound knowledge of wholesale banking products and Operations.
- Experience of working in Chinese Banks is essential.
- Excellent communications and management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficient in Banking Operations systems and holding relevant certifications e.g. UCP600, MT7xx, MT202 and MT103 CDCS etc will be an advantage.
