Responsibilities: 

• Handle corporate finance regulated activities and provide financial advisory services
• Compile pitch books, execute transactions and complete due diligence
• Prepare and review relevant documents and liaise with external legal advisors and other professional parties when necessary
• Communicate with the Exchange, regulators and counterparties and handle projects
• Update internal procedures and operational manuals to ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes and guidelines
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as required by the Company

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, business, finance, legal or related discipline preferred
• Current holder of SFC Type 6 representative license, eligible candidates may be considered to become future type 6 RO
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in corporate finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Motivated and able to work under pressure
