Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execution of a full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A, fund raising exercises and other transactions which involve in the Hong Kong Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code
- Preparation of relevant listing documentation and application for potential companies
- Conducting due diligence and financial analysis
- Drafting announcements and circulars and reviewing transaction related documents
- Coordination with external professional parties and regulatory authorities involve in corporate finance transactions
- Assist in preparing pitch books
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Economics or other related disciplines with sound knowledge in accounting and finance
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Strong business acumen, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills together with problem solving capabilities
