Responsibilities:

•Manage funds’ daily operation, including trade settlement, fees payment, trade matching, NAV reconciliation and fund reports preparation, etc.

•Liaise with annual audit/fund administration.

•Liaise with brokers, custodians, distributors and legal consultants.

•Conduct and support Hong Kong and other jurisdictions regulatory compliance tasks.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines

•At least 2-3 years’ working experience in fund management industry

•Experienced in fund operation is a must

•Experienced in Private Equity fund set-up or direct investment is an advantage

•Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent Mandarin is a must

•Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision

•Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workflows and meet deadlines

•Patience, proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure

•Immediate availability is preferred
