Scope of Work：

• Participate in the company's various investment projects (e.g. Equity Investment/ Fixed Income Investment / Funds Investment or other commercial loans) from origination to execution and post-management activities;
• Assist in due diligence into the financial, legal, and commercial state of companies/projects, subject to particular transactions;
• Mark the market, value financial assets, perform post-investment monitoring and reporting to ensure risk exposures are within the Group/ Subsidiaries/Branches’ risk limits and fulfill regulatory requirements;
• Attend various committee meetings on risk management matters;
• Work with and give advice to the senior management for processing execution of investment projects;
• Oversee the financial models and investment proposals for transactions and provide appropriate recommendations;
• Participate in relevant projects and perform other tasks as assigned by senior management from time to time.

Requirement:

• University degree preferably in Risk Management, Statistics, Quantitative Finance or related disciplines, professional qualifications in FRM / CFA are preferred;
• Must have 3-5 years’ investment-related work experience (e.g. Equity Investment/ Fixed-Income Investment /Funds Investment) in securities broker, investment banking or other financial institutions; Or
• At least 3 years or above commercial banks' experience in credit risk management or credit approval.
• Robust understanding of investment process;
• Strong analytical and credit skills;
• Risk management and credit control experience preferably in banks/securities / Asset management firms is a big plus;
• Strong communication skills, proactive and ability to multi-task, with good report-writing skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin;
