Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Provide remote / on-site support and troubleshoot for hardware replacement and software upgrade for end users about IT facilities
提供遠程/即場技術支援(硬件及軟件之疑難排解等 - Perform Windows / Mac PC installation, upgrade and configuration
系統之安裝, 更新及配置 - Perform network infrastructure
進行網絡基建監控 - Network Setup, Data Backup and Restoration
網絡設置, 資料備份及修復 - Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning
進行系統保養, 監控及微調 - Support Daily IT operations, such as installation/ removal/ upgrade of hardware and software, user account management, and technical documentation update, etc
提供日常資訊科技運作, 如安裝, 移除, 升級軟硬件, 用戶戶口管理, 技術文件更新 - Coordinate with vendor on hardware maintenance support and upgrade
與供應商合作支援更件保養及升級 - Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required
處理臨時安排相關工作
Job Specifications:
- F.5 Graduate
中學畢業 - At least 2 year of extensive IT support experience, including deal with complex situations and problems in networking and operating systems
兩年相關工作經驗 - Strong on problem solving and tackle difficult support cases
解難能力強 - Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working and can work independently
富團隊精神、主動、勤奮、有良好溝通技巧及能獨立工作 - Immediate available preferred
可即時上班優先 - Less experience candidates will be considered as IT Support Assistant
較少經驗者亦會考慮
