Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising a growing team of Trust Administration Officers
• Providing quality service to ultra-high net worth clients
• Following through the setup of offshore vehicles for Asset Protection and Succession Planning, liaise with internal, external partners and service providers
• Developing and implementing operational procedures such as manual on trust services
• Ensuring all products, services and ongoing client services are delivered in full compliance
• Reviewing and conducting periodic health check on existing structures
• Managing various Trust industry related projects for and on behalf of the Managing Director

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of working experience in roles related to Trust, demonstrating strong understanding on offshore Trust Products
• Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce is highly preferred
• Diploma in International Trust Management by STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner) is preferred
• Detailed minded with good sense in compliance and legislative changes
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Mandarin speaking is a MUST)
