Job Description

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Familiar with Swift transactions processing and messaging
  • Monitor banking products trade booking, confirmations and settlement life cycles.
  • Hand-on experience in operating core banking platform, end of day processing and static data maintenance.  
  • Investigate trade discrepancies by coordinating with front-to-back office
  • Liaise with Front Office and Settlement team to ensure trades are settled on a timely manner
  • Handle and follow up corporate actions for clients and counterparties
  • Perform cash and position reconciliation
  • Provide support to the group in regards to new products and new initiatives
  • Work with internal parties to improve operation efficiency and streamline workflow
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business/ Finance/ Economics/ Accounting is required
  • Candidate with 3-5 years relevant experience from Banking / Finance Industry
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Knowledge in Cash Equities/ Equity Derivatives/ Fixed Income
  • Knowledge in VBA or SQL preferable
