Key responsibilities

- Review potential investment opportunities and lead the investment committee discussions;

- Advise the company’s investment efforts and the portfolio management process;

- Source investment opportunities in consumer, TMT, advanced industrials and healthcare sectors in China and U.S., negotiate transaction terms, serve on the board of the portfolio companies, and manage the exit process;

- Introduce fundraising leads and participate in the process.

Desired qualifications

- A master’s degree from a top university;

- At least 15 years’ experience with global private equity firm, venture capital firm or investment bank;

- At least 15 years’ experience in in the consumer, TMT, advanced industrials and healthcare sectors in China or U.S.;

- Experience as a Partner of a global investment firm and Member of board of directors of a publicly listed company required;

- Ability to work in a boutique investment management firm with strong growth potential;

- Good oral and written communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English, knowledge of Cantonese preferred;
