• University Degree - Bachelors in Sales and Marketing preferred or equivalent qualifications
• About 7~8 years practical experience in sales and marketing field
• Ability to communicate tactfully and convincingly with potential customers, distributors,
• visitors, etc. for gaining business opportunities
• Excellent skills in management of presentation and other events with strong analytical mind
• and able to solve problems quickly
• Positive, aggressive, self-motivated and sociable nature
• Having Biochemistry, Engineering and Environmental Science background is an asset
• Excellent in verbal/written English and fluent in Putonghua essential
• Required to visit and receive customers, and carry out business out-trips to Mainland China
• and other Asian nations independently when necessary
• Required to assist the Top Management of the Company in all-round business affairs

Areas of Responsibility -

• To plan for marketing development including solicitation of potential sales channels
• To assist the Management to develop marketing strategies and implement marketing
• programs and events in line with the corporate business goal
• To handle all matters related to sales promotion campaigns and the related follow up work
• To conduct presentations to external organizations and potential customers constantly
• To build up a business communication network with existing customers for maintaining
• good business relations
• To participate in various internal meetings on sales and marketing planning and study/survey
• To take full charge of the Company’s products exhibitions/fairs held annually
• To handle all-round sales arrangements through tender exercises via network
• To assist the marketing co-ordination team on technical aspects in preparation of marketing materials, sales documents, presentation materials, etc. when necessary
• To assist the sales teams in all-round operations related to sales and marketing functions
• To make business out-trips to Mainland China and Asian nations independently when required
• To take care of all-round sales & marketing business affairs in a professional manner
• To assist the Top Management of the Company in all-round business affairs
