The Job:

• Handle incoming calls from Customer Service Hotline and email
• Deliver quality customer service including follow up and handle inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a professional manner
• Liaise with other departments to complete customer service satisfactorily
• Maintain an accurate database of customer information
• Assist in preparing training materials, including PowerPoint and training worksheet

The Person:

• DSE or above
• 1 year relevant experience or at least 3-year retail sales experience, preferred with managerial level
• Able to handle work pressure, demonstrate good ability to provide stable and accurate service
• Knowledge in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good customer service mindset
• Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered
