Job Description:

• Oversee entire supplying and purchasing functions of the Group and manage the team effectively and efficiently
• Develop and source new products / suppliers to cope with company direction
• Formulate purchasing plan and replenishment to meet company targets
• Manage strategic suppliers' relationship, problem solving and improvement plan
• Ensure stable supply and maintain optimum inventory level in cost-effective manner
• Monitor product quality and specifications and provide corrective actions
• Responsible for price negotiation and aware of cost-saving opportunities
• Support and lead cross functional projects in driving the improvement and initiatives of suppliers

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years solid purchasing and contract management experience
• Relevant sourcing and purchasing experience from FMCG ideally in manufacturing, traditional Chinese medicine and health food is highly preferred
• Experience in sourcing Japan or Korea FMCG products is absolutely an advantage
• Strong leadership, good integrity, business acumen and strong negotiation skills
• Good communicator, a self-motivated team player with initiative to work under dynamic environment and tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Immediately available is preferable
