Responsibilities:

• handle order processing, prepare invoice and delivery documents
• daily communication and coordination with sales team and logistic team on stock and delivery issues 
• sales report and stock report preparation
• sales and marketing support for promotion at department stores and chain stores
• provide administrative support to the sales & marketing department
• assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
• outdoor work required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales and marketing of FMCG preferred 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Detailed-minded, responsible and willing to learn
