Responsibilities:

• Identify the training needs, design, and deliver in-house training programs for frontline staff on selling skills and soft skills to support the business objectives
• Analyze and evaluate training programs to facilitate the continuous improvement of training and development programs
• Train and motivate frontline staff to achieve sales targets
• Develop long-term engagement plans and strategies to enhance the commitment of the frontline staff
• Work closely with management to strengthen the company culture through appropriate training program and field coaching
• Participate ad hoc projects by the management
• Directly report to Sales Training Manager
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales training with proven track record
• With experience in beauty/ insurance/ property industry would be an advantage
• Hands on experience in designing and delivering training to frontline staff
• A good team player with excellent coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active, resourceful, result-oriented and sales driven
