Responsibilities:

•     Usual clinic work duties including booking and signing consents, stock checking and medicine dispensary
•     Responsible for assisting doctor’s treatments
•     Responsible for front desk daily duties, e.g. handling phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
•     Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails, whatsapp and wechat messages etc.
•     Prepare daily reports
•     Assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

•     Nursing qualification
•     Overseas graduates are welcome
•     Clinic work experience is a must
•     Interest in medical cosmetics
•     Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•     Punctual, positive, proactive, energetic and well-organized
•     Willing to learn, good communication and interpersonal skills
•     Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese & English typing
•     5.5 days work
