Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries at reception counter
• Clerical paper work
• Data entry
• Making appointments
• To provide quality services
• To establish good relationship with customers
• To satisfy customers’ needs
• To handle and resolve customer complaints
• 前台接待工作
• 處理辦公室文書工作
• 負責接聽客戶電話及跟進客戶需要
• 登記客人服務預約
• 建立良好的客戶關係
• 提供良好的客戶服務

 Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE level or above
• Minimum 1-2 year in customer services working experience is preferred
• Candidate with beauty center experience would be a definite advantage
• Good customer service skill and manner
• Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and good presentation
• Customer service oriented and positive attitude
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
• Chinese word processing is a must
• 中五或以上程度
• 歡迎應屆畢業生、有相關經驗者優先
• 友善及服務態度良好
• 有負責心、處事獨立、積極主動
• 良好的團隊合作精神
• 具有較強的人際溝通技巧及表達能力
• 良好電腦應用，包括MS 軟件
• 良好普通話、懂中文打字
