Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries at reception counter
- Clerical paper work
- Data entry
- Making appointments
- To provide quality services
- To establish good relationship with customers
- To satisfy customers’ needs
- To handle and resolve customer complaints
- 前台接待工作
- 處理辦公室文書工作
- 負責接聽客戶電話及跟進客戶需要
- 登記客人服務預約
- 建立良好的客戶關係
- 提供良好的客戶服務
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE level or above
- Minimum 1-2 year in customer services working experience is preferred
- Candidate with beauty center experience would be a definite advantage
- Good customer service skill and manner
- Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and good presentation
- Customer service oriented and positive attitude
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
- Chinese word processing is a must
- 中五或以上程度
- 歡迎應屆畢業生、有相關經驗者優先
- 友善及服務態度良好
- 有負責心、處事獨立、積極主動
- 良好的團隊合作精神
- 具有較強的人際溝通技巧及表達能力
- 良好電腦應用,包括MS 軟件
- 良好普通話、懂中文打字
