Responsibilities:

• Cross-border warehouse stock volume management
• Cross-border demand forecast and order processing (including cross-border platforms, Tmall etc..)
• Cross-border wholesale import and export management (including Tmall)
• Wholesale customer complaint processing
• Cross-border Hong Kong-side applications (such as customs filing or Alipay applications, etc...)
• Work closely with Logistic team for delivery arrangement from warehouse toclients
• Work closely with the Branding team and Taiwan team and Mainland team to discuss about stock issues and requests from clients

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in beauty or e-commerce industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Team player, yet self-motivated, responsible, and is able to work independently
• Good time management skill and is able to multi-task
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
