A Sales & Marketing team member to develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives of the assigned brand

Duties & Responsibilities

1)    Reporting to the Manager, plan and implement sales and marketing programmes in line with business objectives.

2)    Provide day to day marketing programmes and promotional campaigns to raise brand awareness across traditional and digital media platform and social media, and to generate store traffic.

3)    Responsible for development & co-ordination of marketing material, CRM program, etc.

4)    Develop and liaise with production houses/agencies on visual merchandising and marketing collaterals e.g. press release, brochures, seasonal lightbox, in-store décor, content and images for digital platform and social media, to enhance brand image.

5)    Supervise the frontline team to optimize sales, to ensure smooth store operations and to increase customer engagement.

6)    Monitor marketing and promotional campaigns. Prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review.

Qualifications & Experiences

1)    Degree holder preferable in Marketing / Communications / Business or relevant disciplines

2)    Minimum 1-2 years of solid marketing experience in marketing / retail marketing / event / cosmetics field

3)    Less experience will be considered Sales & Marketing Assistant

4)    Japanese-Language knowledge will be an advantage

5)    Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

6)    Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing

7)    Independent, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure

8)    Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with positive working attitude

9)    Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
