Clinical Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Identify development needs of company's skincare products and aesthetic devices across Hong Kong & Macau;
• Be an expert in clinical aspect, able to interpret clinical papers and data and can effectively deliver clinical message to clients;
• Design, formulate and implement training workshops to ensure consistent clinical results and optimize patient satisfaction;
• Prepare training materials, develop & formulate training manuals and evaluation system;
• Conduct product and device treatment demonstration and training to current and prospective clients at various channels (i.e. hotels, beauty salons, spas, and medical centers) on product knowledge, hands-on skills, customer services, and selling techniques;
• Work in close collaboration with sales team helping them meet the company’s objectives;
• Participate in medical symposium/trade shows/marketing activities when require.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Science subjects or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid experience as an aesthetic device/skincare trainer
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Organized and flexible
• Must be congenial, supportive and team-oriented
• Possess good communication, presentation and reasoning skills
• Occasional traveling and overtime work may be required
• Experience working in medical aesthetic field is an advantage
