Responsibilities:

• Report to section manager, the increment will monitor and supervise the Sports & Recreation team in delivery and development of sport programme for a smooth operation
• Supervise the team to deliver a high standard of customer service in enquiries and compliant handling
• Plan, develop, implement and promote sports programmes and set up long-term plan and proceed to execution 
• Organize competitions and tournaments to provide sport development opportunities to programme participants
• Propose direction and strategy on price setting and marketing plan and work closely with Section head in budget planning and control
• Prepare reports, maintain and review on office administration and inventory management
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Section Head  

Requirements: 

• Degree holder, preferable in sports studies, recreation management or related disciplines 
• 8 years working experience of which 3 years at supervisory level
• Holding sports coaching certification or valid professional qualification with strong sports background will be an advantage
• Good planning and organizing ability with effective problem solving skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Working on shifts and Public Holidays is required
