We currently have vacancies for experienced BIM Consultants who have solid experience in the construction industry and experience of producing BIM in Architectural or Structural or MEP discipline. 

Candidates with more experience or qualifications will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager.
Candidates with less experience or fewer qualifications will be considered as Assistant BIM Consultant.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate holder or above in Architecture / Structure / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical for building / Civil engineering or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM or CAD experience in Architectural / Structural / MEP engineering is necessary.
• Practical BIM coordination experience is an advantage.
• Experience of 3D modeling software applications (Autodesk MEP, Revit, Navisworks, CIVIL 3D, 3D Max, Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modeling is an advantage.
• Less experience or fewer qualifications will be considered as Assistant BIM Consultant.
