We are seeking an exceptional candidate for our post of Interior Designer to join our team to bring greater success to the company.

It is a must you are a degree and / or diploma holder in Interior Design / Architecture or related discipline(s) and preference will be given to those who have at least 3 year solid working experience in interior design for retail, office and residential projects in Hong Kong.  The applicant with 1-2 year working experience will be considered as the postition of Assistant Interior Designer.

You will be responsible for:-

• Preparing a creative design presentation for clients;
• Handling full set of detail working drawings for actual construction works including detail requirements, standards, specifications, electrical schematic diagram, 3D graphics...etc.; 
• Strong site management and co-ordination;
• Liaising with relevant suppliers and contractors to ensure the project can be completed on time;
• Searching design materials

To fit in our post, you have to be highly proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Rendering / Animation, Drafting and Construction Details, and skillful in working out design details. Must be immediate available. You have an absolute advantage if you are good at project management, experience in tender document, sensitive about the design trends in the interior design industry, smart at original and creative design, and proficient in the use of various graphic softwares, including Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.

In addition, you have to be organized, hard-working, committed, responsible, self-motivated, and confident and pleasant in personality, with willingness to work both independently and as an active team player, under pressure and tight deadlines with or without strict supervision. It is certain you have to be fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
