Our client is looking for Inspector of Works – E&M for their in-house residential and shopping mall projects

Package:

-         HK$40,000 – 70,000

-         Gratuity

-         Double pay + Performance bonus

Duties:

• Monitor contractor's submission and progress of BS installation works
• Prepare outstanding defect list and compile various site records
• Prepare inspection and site progress report
• Attend site meeting and other utilities coordination meeting
• Monitor the quality and workmanship of all BS installation to conform to the contract document and drawings.
• Check the delivered materials and equipment are according to the approved submissions.
• Ensure all works execute on site are strictly according to the coordinated with governmental departments
• Monitor the test of B.S. installation works as per approved T&C procedures / technical specification at various construction stages including the lift control.
• Prepare IOW weekly report for monitoring the site progress and major site issues.
• To study the construction drawings of the project where the IOW would be stationed.

Requirements:

• Relevant education background in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5-8+ years’ experience as IOW in E&M sectors
• Strong at site work and E&M technical
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Inspector
