Responsibilities:

• Responsible for property leasing projects, including new site acquisition, tenancy renewal and lease negotiation;
• Manage all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, review of leasing agreements and handover of premises;
• Handle leasing enquiries and property viewing arrangement;
• Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for the property portfolio;
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
• Maintain good relations with property developers, landlords, property agents and tenants as well as building management.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil, Property, Building or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience;
• Strong working experience in portfolio management;
• Good negotiation, communication and problem solving skills with strong market sense;
• Well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
