In charge of the overall planning, implementation and quality control of sizeable composite developments, the successful candidate will co-ordinate project activities and requirements with consultants to achieve deliverables of the highest quality.

Requirements:

• Authorized Person (Architect) / HKIA / RIBA or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in handling sizeable property development projects with property developers or consultant firms and liaison with Government Authorities
• A result-oriented person with a passion for excellence, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Must have uncompromising integrity with good project management and supervisory skills to coordinate the work and communicate with all personnel, project consultants and contractors
