Client

My client is a Design & Build specialist with over 10 offices across Asia Pacific such as Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Macau.

As the business is expanding, we need high calibre of candidates to join the team.

What qualify shall you have?

•          Diploma or above education background in Project Management / Architecture / Construction / Engineering or any related disciplines
•          Experience in Office / Commercial / Showroom projects are essential
•          Good communication skills with fluency in English. Mandarin will be a plus not a must
•          Self-motivated and proactive
•          3-5 years’ experience for an APM / 5+ years for PM role

What duties you will be working on?

•          Provide end-to-end project management services sufficient to deliver projects at or above industry standards and client requirements.
•          Assist the project teams on technical support as well as client meetings
•          Oversee project sourcing activities for all vendor services
•          Deliver the project in a timely manner
•          You will directly be reporting to the General Manager of Hong Kong Branch
