Responsibilities:

• To lead the engineering team for day to day operation and assign workload making best use of the team members’ capacity and skill sets.
• To work closely with the sales team of each project to resolve technical issues and provide phased estimates of related work in process according to the customer need  
• To coordinate site activities and monitor site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• To establishes standards for output and quality
• To support and participate in new business development plan.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in E&E 
• At least 10 year with relevant experience in managerial role
• Solid experience in architectural LED, lighting control are needed.
• Strong leadership, deep practical engineering knowledge  proven track record
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and lighting simulation software; ;
• Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities
• On site project management experience & holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker  will be an advantage
