Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Certificate or above. Major in ME/EE/BS.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant Building Services works experience, including 2 years on site in a responsible position on large scale commercial or institutional projects.
• Food & beverage and casino project experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate amongst the building contractor, BS contractors and fitout contractors for smooth construction, installation and T&C progress.
• Coordination and manage the sequence of works of different contractors.
• Monitoring contractors' manpower and logistic issues.
• Coordinate to resolve conflict between relevant contractors.
