Responsibilities:

• Independently handle hospitality projects from design concept to site supervision / coordination during construction period
• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
• Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection
• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Manage full sets of presentation
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results
• Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design
• Over 5 years relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft office, freehand perspectives and sketching.
• Good design ability and knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing
• Proactive, self-motivated and work independently
• Ability to work overtime and under pressure independently to meet multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Immediately available is preferred
