Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of solid working experience in building renovation projects, A&A Works
• Hardworking, strong problem solving skill with customer oriented service attitude
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good knowledge of PC skills in AutoCAD, MS Office & Project, etc
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must
• MTR project experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
• Lead the project team towards the execution of efficient, cost effective works and cost control
• Co-ordinate all project matters and rectify problems encountered on-site installation until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
• Handle process control and VO documents about any critical changes and potential impacts on cost and / or compliance
• Monitor monthly progress payment application and variation claims, including sub-contractors progress payments
• Review design and change of design during installation whenever necessary
• Ensure works quality, safety and environmental issues in accordance with the clients requirements and statutory regulations
