Job Description
Requirements:
- F5 or above
- Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or Construction Management is an advantage.
- 2 to 5 years working experience in Building Maintenance Project / Fitting Out Project / Metal Works Project.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Application such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- MTR project experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor site progress and site coordinator works.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, designers and sub-contractors for developing construction details and drawings.
- Plan and mobilize site works to fulfill the requirements of client.
- Gather resources and collaborate with team and subcontractors to deliver projects according to plan.
