Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work together with Office Manager
- Carry out general office administration works, greeting guests and answering telephone calls
- To assist design teams on typing project documents such as quotations, meeting minutes, project schedules, arrange site meeting and goods delivery etc.
- Handle submission documents and Powerpoint presentation
- Maintain project account records and issue payments to vendors
- Attend ad hoc matters
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with recognized secretarial training and LCC I certificate on accounting
- 2 years working experience
- Good computer knowledge in PowerPoint and MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good problem solving skills and inter-personal communication
- Organized, Responsive and Self-motivated
- Customer focused and team orientated
