Requirements :

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
• 3 Years experience in private sector buildings works
• Responsible for interim payment application, variation claim, settlement of final account, tender preparation
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office
