Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality handover and customer services for new development projects
- Handle general enquiries and complaints
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
- Provide administrative and clerical supports
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary in Real Estate, Building Services, Surveying, Customer Services or related discipline is preferable
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Independent, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer Literacy in MS office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
