Our client is a leading interior design and contracting company with offices across Asia. Its main activities involve a wide range of projects from high quality fit-outs for retail premises, restaurants, show flats, corporate offices, shopping mall, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in project coordination / management on-site supervision and closely monitor the site progress to meet the time schedule;
• Manager sub-contractor performance;
• Preparation of material submission and assist shop drawings;
• Coordinate with the landlord, contractors & vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines;
• Min. 1 -3 years of relevant experience (Fit-out/ A&A/ Interiors);
• Experience in site coordination will be an advantage;
• Well organized, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good team player and able to work independently and disciplined to meet tight deadlines;
• Competent use of computing software like MS office (Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop is an advantage);
• Fluent Cantonese and English preferable.
