Responsibilities

• Responsible for general QS and contract administration services including but not limited to taking off quantities from drawings, cost estimates, tenders, contracts and sub-contract documents

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, member of HKIS or RICS is preferred
• 5 years of proven experience in consultancy firms/developers, exposure in PRC would be an advantage
• Familiar with construction practices and costs is essential
• Independently, well-organized, initiative, responsible and able to work well under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Willing to travel to China or overseas when required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
