• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related fields;
• Over 5 years relevant experience in QS;
• Prepare tender analysis & submission, sub-letting packages, cost estimates, valuation of variations including settlement of final accounts;
• Experience in contractual claims & dispute resolution would be an advantage;
• Able to work under tight schedule and pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of QS.
